Gallaudet University Athletics requested an iconic structure that would draw people through the Campus and shine like a light-house, softly glowing and guiding students as a way-point. The Grandstand is to become a symbol of the Athletic Department and the University as they make a steady change of updating all building on Campus to draw students into the University.
