Gallaudet University, Washington DC. On this project I helped represent Gallaudet University, the owner, as a DeafSpace Specialist under the direction of my employer, The Office of Campus Design and Planning at Gallaudet University.

As part of the University, I was involved with this project from ground breaking to grand opening, attending weekly core-team meetings, discussing design decisions with LTL Architects and discussing how solutions would be most effective for the Deaf population the structure is meant to serve. This entailed detailed and complex work to consider all the needs of the deaf and how to architecturally solve issues that the hearing community may not experience. This project is now completed.
