This urban design infill project is located in Downtown Fargo, ND. The goal of the project is to replace an old surface parking lot with five different uses

     -Civic

    -Residential

    -Retail

    -Office

    -Educational



On this site I have integrated a 720 stall parking garage, hidden between the civic and residential buildings where it is out of site and does not draw attention away for the urban city life. 



The signature building of this urban design project is a "Target City". A style of Target stores located in dense city areas.
